Our minds work on two levels – conscious and the unconscious. We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind.

The unconscious mind stores our past memories, experiences, habits and everything we have learnt. This makes up our programming.

Often, we do and think things out of habit. We don’t realise that we have no conscious control over these habits, patterns and triggers. That’s why it’s so hard to ‘think our way out of them’.

To truly release these patterns and create new, more positive ones, we need to go to a deeper level and access the unconscious mind. We do this through hypnosis.
